As a former Division I athlete, I've experienced firsthand how powerful nutrition for performance can be, impacting how we feel, function, recover, and navigate everyday life. This curiosity ultimately led me to pursue graduate education in integrative nutrition and dietetics, aiming for a career focused on nutrition counseling to help others better understand their own health.
My training has provided me with valuable experience in sports nutrition and outpatient care, including diabetes education, GLP-1 nutrition support, prenatal nutrition and female health, working with individuals across various stages of life.
More than anything, I love connecting with people. I enjoy listening, asking questions, and bridging the gap between complicated nutrition science and practical, personalized nutrition plans that resonate with their lives. My approach is grounded in evidence and shaped by the belief that nutrition care should feel personal, not prescriptive.
Outside of nutrition, you’ll find me walking, spending time with loved ones, or reading. My faith plays a significant role in who I am and informs how I care for others — guided by grace and grounded in science.
